Court Ordered Execution of an Innocent Person

Terri Schiavo is dead.  She was killed by her husband and a Judicial system run amok.  It is my view that this was/is a "test case" just as "Roe v. Wade" was a test case.

There are those who say that this is only a small family matter.  I disagree.  This is the clearest example of the battle between two cultures - the "Culture of Life" and the "Culture of Death".

As with the 'Alamo', where the battle was lost, but the war was eventually won, it is incumbent upon those of us with the "Culture of Life" to make this case a battle cry.

The goal should be the dramatic curtailment of Judicail Power.  It is time for putting in place a "National Referendum" process where courts can be overridden by popular vote.
